Custom Badges

We can produce embroidered or woven badges with a minimum order of 100.

These are generally finished with an overlocked edge, but can be laser cut to any shape if preferred.

If you would like a quote for a badge, then please send us your artwork. This can be anything from Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, to Word, Publisher, or a hand drawn image.

Send this to info@onestopscouting.com or mail it to us. Please remember to include the size / dimensions and how many you would like. We will then get back to you with prices and any recommendations.

Upon acceptance of your quote we will go ahead and produce final artwork for your order for you to approve or make changes to, before producing the finished badges.

What's the difference between embroidered and woven badges?

An embroidered badge has a raised / textured effect, this is created as the design is stitched onto a backing cloth. An embroidered badge is not able to boast the same level of detail as a woven badge, but is still very popular with very satisfying finishes. Embroidered badges tend to be more expensive per unit than woven badges.

A woven badge has a flat, smooth finish as it is created by weaving the design into the background, in a high resolution format. For this reason it is possible to have a great amount of detail produced. Woven badges are generally the most cost effective way of producing badges.

Both woven and embroidered badges/patches can be cut and made to almost any shape.
