These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website.
We may need to alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will occur on the date they are posted onto the site. You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions each time you place an order, this ensures you are aware of the most current changes made to them.

The Contract Between Us
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with One Stop Scouting. One Stop Scouting must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that the details displayed for a particular item offered for sale are correct at the time when the information was entered onto the system.
Whilst care is taken to ensure that we display as accurately as possible appearances, colours, textures or finishes, what you will see on your computer monitor or equipment may differ and so we cannot guarantee that images are an accurate representation of the actual goods or services that you are purchasing.
We may not be able to accept your order due to one or more of the following reasons, or for a reason not listed below:
i) The item you have ordered is out of stock
ii) We cannot authorise your payment or have reasonable grounds to suspect your payment may be fraudulent
iii) There has been a pricing or product description error
iv) There is a system or procurement failure
v) You have failed our customer validation checks
When you place an order you will receive an email confirming the details of your order. This email is not confirmation that your order has been accepted by us.
Your order will only be accepted by us once your goods have been dispatched.
One Stop Scouting is entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods appearing on our website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order.
These terms and conditions and all transactions relating to this website are governed by English law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. We do not accept amendments to these terms and conditions.
Additional terms and conditions may apply for prize competitions, online bidding, pre-release orders and our added value services and offers. If so, you will be alerted to them at the relevant juncture.
These terms and conditions only cover our website. Any other websites to which you link from this site are governed by their own terms and conditions. We accept no responsibility or liability for the content or operation of websites, which are not under our control. We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
One Stop Scouting own the copyright, trademarks, licenses and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited.
You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else.
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies and these terms and conditions at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unforeseen, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the our website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy.
We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the One Stop Scouting website.
We take reasonable care to comply with requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 with regard to the personal information you supply on this site. Our site uses a security system that protects your information from unauthorised use.
However, as no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
We may occasionally modify this Privacy Statement, such variations becoming effective immediately upon posting to the website and by continuing to use the website you will be deemed to accept any such variations.
Data collection via web forms & email
Our website collects personal data from you via web forms, and also via email addresses we provide so that you can contact us with enquiries and send us your details.
You submit information using these methods voluntarily, and agree to the use of the personal data you provide as described in this policy.
If you give us personal information about somebody else, such as a colleague, we will assume you have their permission to do so, and their data will also be subject to this policy.
Data collection via cookies
We may also collect personally identifying information using cookies. Sometimes cookies are required as part of this site's operation. We will not collect personal data about you using cookies outside of this purpose.
One Stop Scouting will use the data you supply to answer an enquiry or to administer an ongoing commercial relationship.
We will also use your data to tell you about changes to the site, new information, offers, or products and services offered by One Stop Scouting that we think you will find valuable. We do not share, sell, trade or rent your personal data outside of the One Stop Scouting group.
All prices and charges on this site are shown in pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, any additional services you choose (e.g. Saturday delivery), plus the applicable delivery charge. All these will be set out clearly in your Shopping Basket before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before (but not after) we accept your order. If something becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative but will contact you prior to dispatch.
We try very hard to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, just occasionally, an error can occur. If we discover an error in the price or description of a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order or cancel it.
We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa, Delta and Maestro. Payment is deducted when you place your order.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Returns and Refunds
If you need to return a product purchased from One Stop Scouting then you have 28 working days to do so.
The returned goods must be in a resale-able state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.
The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.
If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 8 working days.
Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order you have placed, you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.
Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request we will issue a full refund where applicable.
Personalised items: Items ordered with your personalisation can only be cancelled if they have not been made, regardless if they have been dispatched. Please ensure that all details entered for personalised items are as you require them. We cannot accept responsibility for errors, e.g. spelling mistakes made by you. We always aim to get personalised items out quickly, however please note that as these items are personal to you that they may take slightly longer than normal 'plain' items.
Scarves: Custom scarf orders, including but not limited to, bordered, half and half and embroidered take approximately four weeks from the order being placed along with the confirmation of colours required. Please note that as these items are made specifically for your use, that once an order is placed we cannot cancel the order. From time to time scarf orders may take longer then 4 weeks to arrive, this can be due to an unexpectedly high quantity of a certain colour of scarf being ordered, resulting in a new batch of material needing to be dyed. Other reasons may occur of which we will try to make you aware as necessary. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct colours are ordered, we can send out colour swatches to you for matching purposes. Please contact us on 01245 214090 or email email@example.com .
If an order has been produced in error by us, you must inform us immediately, and within 14 days of receipt.
Delivery and Postage Information
Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. We will deliver Worldwide (the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and the Scottish islands may incur additional charges). All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post or which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.
When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charges will be displayed automatically, you will be able to select the service that you require. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.
All deliveries will be via First Class Royal Mail, Parcel Post Royal Mail or Courier depending on size, value and/or weight of the purchase.
The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered.
We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.
Please be aware that selecting Courier does not guarantee you a next day delivery.
Whilst we will try to keep to your preferred option, from time to time we may change this as necessary. Your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way or to get items to you quicker.
Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We also cannot compensate for expenses incurred by travel to/from a depot. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.
The customer is responsible for providing a full & valid address including street, building name & number, city & country as well as a contact phone number. It is of vital importance that all address details are properly formatted. Postal Codes should always be in capital letters and include a space where required. We take no responsibility for wrongly formatted adresses or having to manually reformat a provided address.
No refund is given for non, or wrong delivery in any of these cases.
Deliveries will be in accordance with the carrier’s normal terms and conditions.
Liability and Indemnity
One Stop Scouting shall not be liable for any direct, special, indirect or consequential or incidental damages including loss of profit or loss of opportunity as a result of the use of or the inability to use any items that have been ordered on this website.
You agree to indemnify us and our agents, officers, directors and employees, immediately and on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of any of our terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and One Stop Scouting Ltd whether written or oral.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time.
Should any part-term or term be found to be unenforceable then the remainder of the terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect as if the invalidated term was not present.
Should any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions arise where it is beyond our reasonable control, we will not be responsible to you for such delay or failure.
