Badge Types
Embroidered badges have a slight raised effect as the design is embroidered on top of the twill backing.
Woven badges are a flat finish as the design is woven to create the design (same as our uniform badges) - Woven is generally the best option for designs with smaller details.
Printed badges – A print transfer, which is flat like woven but limitless colours (compared to embroidered or woven – Max 12). Colours aren’t quite as vibrant compared to the other type of badges.
We will reply to you with an email to let you know our prices and any recommendations. Our badges are generally finished with an overlock edge and have a standard backing. If you would like anything different to this - i.e. laser cut, iron seal backing then please enter this in the comments.
We prefer artwork in a vector format, but understand that not everybody is able to provide this. If we need to re-draw your artwork then there may be a small artwork fee, however you will be made aware of this before confirming your order.

If you are using AI to produce a woven or embroidered badge artwork, to save any additional artwork fees, please could you request in the design brief:
- High resolution, clean vector style image - This avoids AI adding a texture to the design.
- A maximum of 12 colours.
