UK Delivery

Delivery to a UK address starts at £3.50.

Services offered for delivery are either 1st Class Royal Mail, or a Courier service. You may be able to choose from more than one Courier.

Please be aware that selecting a Courier service does not guarantee you a next day delivery, neither does it indicate that your order will be treated any more urgently than any other shipping method.

We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

International Delivery

We ship Worldwide using DHL Express, which deliver within 1-5 days from dispatch. You will receive a notification by text / email to upon dispatch giving you tracking information and the ability to amend your delivery location (neighbour, pickup etc) as required.

We cannot delivery to PO Boxes.

Click and Collect

Where we provide official clothing/souvenir items to attendees for an event, we sometimes have an arrangement for you to collect the items at the event, rather than delivery to your address. Where this is the case you will be able to select “Click and Collect” as the Country, and then select the event required from the next list. Please ensure the correct event is selected.

General Shipping Information

When you add products to your shopping basket, the appropriate delivery charges will be calculated automatically. This is based on the weight and dimensions of the products selected, and where it is being delivered to. You will be able to select the country and service that you require from the list available. You will always be able to see the delivery charge before submitting your order.

Whilst we will try to keep to your preferred delivery option, we may change this as necessary.

Your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way or to get items to you quicker.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. We also cannot compensate for expenses incurred by travel to/from a depot. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.

The customer is responsible for providing a full & valid address including building name & number, street, city & country as well as a contact phone number. It is of vital importance that all address details are properly formatted. We take no responsibility for wrongly formatted addresses or having to manually reformat a provided address. No refund is given for non, or wrong delivery in any of these cases.
